My Work, My Hope And My Mission:
My work:
I write about my journey through self-awareness, self-development, and love.
My hope:
I hope you seek deeper meaning in your life.
Every day, I am, too.
I believe that should never end.
My mission:
Inspire everyone to find the recipe that works for them to discover self-love and healing. Only through self-awareness and self-development will everyone see the deeper meaning in life.
I am who I have been waiting for.
You are who you have been waiting for.
If we listen, our pain can lead us to our purpose.
Our purpose can lead us to our healing.
Remember: There is no destination because there is no end to our limitations in growth. (unless we have placed those limits on ourselves.)
Nothing will fix what is missing within you unless you dig deep into yourself to love and fix that broken inner child.
I have recognized that when I take time for myself and give the attention to my body, mind, heart, and spirit that it deserves, I become better at loving not only myself but also others.
How can we show empathy, compassion, and love for others in the right way if we can’t find any of that to give ourselves?
My passion is natural healing, which I achieve through intuitively practicing self-awareness of my body, mind, heart, and spirit.
Self-awareness comes before self-development.
A place to start on this journey is with the following:
Step One:
Self-awareness.
It is critical to listen to our body's aches and pains, whether emotional, mental, or physical. How do we work towards better health and wellness if we never remove our masks and listen to and love our truth? Self-awareness looks different for everyone. For some, self-awareness can be achieved through meditation or yoga. For others like me, perhaps sprinting and writing connect you to who you are deep within.
Step Two:
Self-development.
This happens after we practice self-awareness and discover the opportunities for growth within us. Self-development looks different for everyone. It can involve fitness, online classes, or even incorporating a new healthy eating method into your life.
My medicine-free recipe is the following:
1. Writing and creating
2. Fitness and sprinting
3. Whole foods (minimum 80%) and fasting
I believe that for every sickness within us, psychologically and physically, the answer to healing is not from anything outside us.
Why natural?
How do we listen to what hurts from within ourselves if we are numb?
I have known two people who have overdosed on drugs.
The most recent one was caused by something that started as prescribed medicine. This strong and wonderful person in my life learned that not only could he escape from the pain that it was initially prescribed for, but he could also escape from all of his other pains that went far deeper than the physical.
I ask you, was medicine the answer?
